Where is POPS&LO Made?

POPS&LO styles are designed in-house and released in limited drops. Unique limited runs are made London, UK.

Can we do Bespoke Orders for a Special Occasion/Event?

Bespoke POPS&LO can be ordered upon request. We we are able to create the style in the fabric of your choice. If you have a special event/occasion in mind that you would like to wear POPS&LO, please contact our team directly as soon as possible via our contact page and we would be delighted to assist you. We will do our very best to fulfil the order in the requested time.

How do I care for my POPS&LO Garment?

Do You Ship Worldwide?

If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom please be aware that there may be import duties and taxes to be paid when the delivery reaches the country from which you are ordering. If you are ordering from outside of the UK, please also allow an extra 7-10 days for delivery and take note of any additional charges that may be incurred. We recommend you check before ordering from POPS&LO what these charges may be, as we have no control over them and cannot be responsible for any additional charges you may have to pay as a result. It is for you to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your country from where you place your order and POPS&LO cannot and WILL NOT be liable for any breach by you of such laws and/or regulations.

What Delivery Service do you use?

All orders will be sent with a full tracking facility and we aim to get your products to you within 21 days. Check the item description of the estimated arrival date of your POPS&LO piece before committing to purchasing. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. Contact us directly prior to ordering for shipping costs outside of the UK; if ordering from outside of the UK, please allow an extra 7-10 days for delivery and any additional charges that may be incurred. All orders will be sent in a branded POPS&LO keep sake box.
